The Multiple Sclerosis (MS) relapse guide is a tool that provides clearer support around symptoms for MS patients, developed in collaboration with Auckland DHB nurses.
The design was presented at an Australasian MS conference alongside other co-design project initiatives that help people with MS better recognise and report their relapses. The presentation won best overall project at the conference and resulted in a further opportunity for the work to be shared at an international MS conference in Maryland, USA. The project was further recognised in Maryland, winning the top research banner prize. The design has now been printed and implemented at the Auckland DHB and other DHB's nation wide.
